A tracking link will be sent to you via email, or SMS if you have provided your mobile number. Once your order has been processed, packed and prepared for dispatch you will receive your tracking information. From when a return parcel is received at our warehouse, we ask customers to allow up to 7 business days for their return to be finalised. Please note, during launch periods we ask customers to allow up to 10-14 business days for their return to be processed.
When sending your return parcel at the post office, we recommend to ensure your parcel has return tracking. This way, you can track your parcel in transit to our warehouse, and see exactly when it is delivered. From when a return parcel is received at our warehouse, we ask customers to allow up to 7 business days for their return to be finalised.
To update your shipping and billing information for your subscription, access your subscription account and click on the Manage Subscription Link provided in your initial Subscription Confirmation Email. From there, you can also choose to cancel your subscription. If you're unable to locate the link, you can either contact orders@musclenatioofficial.com via email or use the Live Chat feature on our website.
